Context:  Currently, governance participation on the Stader DAO is granted uniquely to the SD ERC-20 token on Ethereum mainnet.  However, SD tokens are available on multiple blockchains, including the other 3 EVM chains where Stader has deployed liquid staking so far: BNBchain, Polygon, and Fantom. 📢 Exciting Announcement! Proposal for Enhanced Governance Participation! 🚀

Stader DAO's governance participation is currently limited to SD ERC-20 token holders on Ethereum mainnet. However, SD tokens are also available on BNBchain, Polygon, and Fantom, with increasing demand for governance rights on these chains.

💡 Proposal Summary:

1️⃣ Extend governance participation to SD token holders on other EVM chains.
2️⃣ Grant governance power to Liquidity Providers of Balancer 80:20 SD-ETH and Uniswap v3 50:50 SD-USDC pools.
